On November 26th, India celebrated Constitution Day, commemorating the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1949. To mark this significant occasion, our school conducted a special assembly where we all gathered to read aloud the Preamble of the Constitution. The Preamble outlines the fundamental principles that guide our nation, including justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. It is a powerful reminder of the values upon which India is built. As citizens and children of this great country, it is not enough for us to simply repeat the words of the Constitution. Our true tribute lies in how we live our lives. By embodying the core values of the Constitution, we contribute to building a society that upholds justice and equality. Whether in school, at home, or in the community, we must strive to respect the rights of others, promote fairness, and foster a spirit of unity. In doing so, we honor the vision of our founding fathers and help shape a brighter future for India.

The school’s project, Oru Kai Oru Pothi, provides a packet of food to the poor and needy once a month. This initiative, ongoing for many years, aims to instill in students a sense of social responsibility and compassion for others in need. The collected food packets are handed over to the Navjeevan Trust, led by Mr. P U. Thomas, also known as Thomas Chettan. Students from grades V to XII contribute around 400 to 425 packets of food each month. The residents of Navjeevan either collect the packets from the school or receive them at the trust. We look forward to continuing this meaningful project.
